[Fot] Spitfire Synchro Rings

I haven't rebuilt a Spitfire Gearbox for some time and now have a single
rail on my bench ready to start.

I have lost track of where we are all at with 'good' quality Synchro Rings
or if we even have an option now?

Any advice and/or who has the 'right stuff' greatly accepted.
