I use what Tony described. You can spend some time with the grinding stones following Kas' instructions and after 2-3 beers you'll have a nice set of rocker arms. 

I've often wondered how the shaft holds up over time with the roller rocker needle bearing setup. Seems like oil fed bushing (stock setup) spreads the load to the shaft way better than needle bearings.
