The attached photo shows the difference between the earlier and later
laygears.  The bottom one is the later PN 154829 and fits both the 4 synchro
3-rail and the single rail boxes.  I have this one available (NOS) it still
has most of the factory protective coating still on it.  Rimmer has them
priced at $280.43 plus the applicable shipping and handling.  If anyone
wants this one, I will ship it anywhere inside the USA for $200.00

Which transmission is it from?  The later full synchro ones are different
from the earlier ones.

I am cleaning out the garage and have a laygear and shaft I would like to
turn into Kastner Cup gas money.  The gear has 15 teeth on the first and
reverse gears and come with remnants of their Leyland Boxes.  I would sell
these for a fast $50 plus shipping.
