[Fot] Substitute Transmission Part?

Hi,
I broke a spacer washer, Triumph part 58949 in one of my transmissions. Not sure how, probably an assembly error. In any case, the part seems to be NLS... it seems to be a ground-flat, hardened washer. It's only there so the tail shaft bearing can't walk up the shaft. I could yank from a core, but that leaves with a non-rebuildable core.
What's a TRracer to do?
Anyone else had this problem before?
