At lunch I was skimming Vintage Race Rules and this came up.

It's a sign up sheet for the Road America 500, 1959 I think. Anyway, one name jumped out at me. W.E. Aldrich Ames. 

I thought no way but I googled it anyway, It wasn't him. 

I did find out though W.E. Ames did race a lot of Triumph's. This site shows him racing a TR3, Peyote, Peyote Mk2 and 

an Ambro. 

What a coincidence.
