Wouldn’t using a triple core radiator result in a greater temperature differential between input and output? Seems like your radiator temperature differential is more than adequate. The more I think about it, the more I believe that flow through the system is too slow, either due to a restriction or the pump design.

The difference between radiator in and outlet is 10°C (50F). Not enough I would say. Maybe making the pump more slower? It was running on a ratio of 0.8 slower than crank, currently 1:1 speed. Any ideas? 10 Liters are circulating.
