Yes, I know this car, it belonged to John Hagen, a Minnesota racer. He raced it the last several years then sold it to Wire Wheel. He races a TVR Griffith now. The car raced in the Land O Lakes region SCCA back in the 60s and 70s, it belonged to a man named Dan Hertzgard he was a Minneapolis radio personality.
