That’s affair statement. I runt the Penrite 10tenths racing 20-60 in my V8 without issue. I only run 25 PSI idle oil pressure and have never altered from that with this oil.

 

However, that’s of little consolation for you with such a large repair bill and not to mention the grief!

Last year I ran the car with here available 10w60 from Liqui Moly and when taking the engine apart over the winter I found everything in good condition.

So my guess was the Lucas product disturbed and has cost a great engine.
