[Fot] TR6 Cannon Intake Manifold

I have to install triple  Webers DCOE 45 on a TR6 engine. The owner has also
provided a Cannon one piece intake manifold with balance pipes. The bore of
the runners is 40mm on the carburettor side and 31.5mm on the cylinderhead
side.
Can these runners be reamed to 45mm/34mm? If not, are there other inlet
manifolds available?
