Thanks for the message, Joe.
I know that Bud hasn't been well. I saw him last year at the Sonoma Charity Challenge.
Bud is of course a great supporter of vintage racing and along with his Spitfire in the paddock always a pleasure to share stories and conversation. He has an email list of "old guys too dumb to stop racing", that kept us informed of racing stuff. He gave everyone on the list a nick name. He named me, Dave (a Triumph since 4 months old) Hogye.
His encouragement to me is greatly appreciated. His tips regarding driving a good line at Sonoma stay in my mind.
I wish him comfort and peace.
Dave H.

Friends of Triumph:
A heads up.
Reports are in that FOT Bud Delauer now requires 24 Hour Care in California.
His next move is likely be to Hospice.
While I don't know Bud personally, there may be those that do, and would like to know this.
Perhaps there a few things that his Friends would like to share?
Thanks,
Joe Alexander
