[Fot] TR Front End Lower Arm Use

Yup, did it on my TR4 (per Kas' book), which lowered the frame 0.5 inches.  On each side just swap the arms, no need to go side to side.  Also drill the innermost hole and use a 3/8" bolt, it'll make installing the spring pan a lot easier
