[Fot] Old TR3 racer

The August 2015 issue of Hemmings Sport and Exotic arrived 
and  page 56 caught my eye.   Pictured at Daytona in ‘69 was
my old friend long passed Bill Boemler  in his famous “Flying
Bedstead”  TR3.   Bill was my instructor at my last driving school
and mentor thereafter.  Bill was a very fast presence and
Midamerica Raceway at Wentzville and other Midwest Div
tracks.   I have not seen any other pics of him over the years
in any publication.
