[Fot] Oil temp

Our GT6 is ready for it's first track day. We've added an octopus oil system,  3 qt accusump ,a larger scirocco rad with a 16 lb cap and a oil cooler. I've read we need to maintain a minimum oil temp so we don't damage the motor. What should the minimum temp be for racing?  Also what tire pressures do u run with 

Toyo r888's?
