The fitting of a TRR4 steering rack has been done before. Bob Schaller (now 
deceased)
did it.  I believe it is written up in a publication Bob did which described 
a number
of performance and road ability aspects of TRs.

The publication was available from The Roadster Factory...but
I don't know if it still is.

Bob lived in Arizona and also made certain machined parts for TRF.
