I  too spoke with Mike @ Moss and am very pleased with the response he gave
me. Without  trying to stop individuals from calling on their own what he told
me showed that they have reacted to the failures in an appropriate manner and
in a remarkably quick amount of time. From the first reported incident on
11/15/2013, Moss had the problem identified by the end of that month, an
improved design by mid-January, and testing on it done by April. In the
meantime the product has been on hold in both Europe and the U.S. That is fast
considering they are the distributor and not the supplier of the rack; meaning
there is another link in the supply chain. Mike also told me that there are
early (pre-2010) and late (post 2010) racks when a change was made to the rack
tube. Moss will be making contact with everyone in the near future about how
they will be handling the issue. Sounds like a very responsible reaction to
the problem.
