Or as those of us below he Mason Dickson would say: "Close by are Harpers
Ferry, Sharpsburg, etc....."  But it is certainly a great venue.  Back in
the motorcycle days, it was my favorite track.

If you've never been to Summit Point, try and make a point to go there. It's
a great track and VRG is a very well run and very friendly group.
If you're into history, the area is dripping with it. Close by are Harpers
Ferry, Antietam, Gettsyburg, and of course, Washington D C. The surrounding
area is beautiful.
My sister lives in Gettysburg. I was there last weekend. The place is
inspiring. Spend a day there if you can.
Summit Point: great choice for the Kastner Cup.
