I have had a Ram 1500 4x4 since 2007. 20" tires. My third set in 130K miles. I hadly ever take it out of 4wheel drive in winter. 
In drifts and snow ruts it goes where it wants. Not a confident feeling. Love them, in the dry, it's a racer.

Hi All, I'm thinking of getting a new pickup. Ram 1500, just like my present 
one. 
What's the concensus on 20 inch tires? 
I've heard some less than spectacular things about the 20's. 
Expensive, don't wear well, not good in snow (snow, in NW PA!) etc. 
Any thoughts?
