I had a clutch explode at Watkins Glen.  One of the pieces put a bullet 
hole through the tranny case, and a heck of a dent where two body bucket sheet 
metal panels met.  Good thing it did not go through the tunnel sheet metal 
to my feet, as it would not have been pretty.

Do you run a scatter shield or blanket over your tranny?
