[Fot] HS6 float bowl attachment bolt

Sounds like my Volvo sources carbs are a bit different. A standard 2" 7/16
bolt has the correct length shoulder and thread.

On two sets of rebuilds from two different sources, there has not been the
rubber isolator described by most responses.
