Of those tracks, Grattan would be the best track for our cars. It is a drivers track... like no other. Its amenities are far from fantastic but there are some very nice places in the surrounding areas. (Near grand rapids) 
The racing there is fantastic. 
If it is there, I can think of at least 2 people that would likely be willing to handle the race chair and planing duties for the event.
No hoopla here, this (although a wonderful venue) is not a "high profile" event.
Still, I'd vote for that!

The Kastner Cup will be held East in 2015.

Virginia International Raceway.....April.   VDCA
Indianapolis.....June.    SVRA
Blackhawk Farms.....June.  VSCDA 
Mid-Ohio.......June   SVRA 
Grattan......August.   VSCDA 

If any one has any strong feelings about a venue location, please speak up.
