[Fot] To cap this off

No problem.
I have such guidelines.
A 5 page booklet of about 150 tasks.
As they say,
This is not my first rodeo.
My club and I have recently developed a working format to answer and deal with every possible task for a "race plan".
Makes it easy but these things take lots of time and energy regardless.
This guideline would be suitable to many venues, simply changing club/track specifics... Making it difficult but not impossible to screw up.

I have pondered that myself as I might be foolish enough to try this some day. It would be neat if those that have these under their belts could put together a "to do" list of sorts of things that should be taken care of, things that you would have done different etc.. I would think these events have a bunch in common and it would be beneficial to the uninitiated. Just thinking out loud here :)

Riddled with engine rooms, hot fab shops, bikini's, speedos, wetsuits and surf boards... And more than a few fast Triumphs!
