[Fot] Diff case spreader

I'm with Glenn

I've put the diff together more than once with a pack of shims varying from
fairly thick to paper thin (including some I cut myself from .007" aluminum
printing plate). Just made sure the thickest ones were on the outside
(sandwiching the thin ones between it and the bearing cup), then just tapped
in gently with a ball-peen hammer. The trick, of course, is not to bend the
outside shim.
