It looks like there will be a few free spots to spectate from.

Empire State Performance Rally April 26-27, 2014


Empire State Performance Rally is currently the only Tarmac event in the
United States. This is our second annual event. Again, we will have over
100 miles of competitive stages. This year we have two of our stages at the
private prestigious Monticello Motor Club in Monticello, NY. Rally
Headquarters and stages are located just 80 miles north of New York City in
Rock Hill,NY. With the cooperation for the local businesses, the volunteer
Rock Hill Fire Department and Sullivan County Business Association, some of
the finest tarmac rally stages will put rally drivers and co drivers to the
test.
