It looks like a great gasket but it doesn't have the intake valve reliefs.
If it will fit up to 90 mm them maybe it still clears ?

I just installed one on a TR4 engine I finished last week. The engine has
not been run and most likely won't for a month or two but the quality of the
gasket is very good. I like the MLS construction and the additional sealer
is located right where it needs to be and should seal up the problem areas
on most TR blocks. For the last couple of years I have been decking the TR
blocks because of the lumpy surfaces occurring on them after all these
years. The average block needs .005 to .007 taken off in order to true them
up and eliminate most of the low areas. The area between the liner and the
pushrod opening on all four cylinders is almost always the worst of the low
areas. Decking this block then requires resetting the sleeve protrusion. I
do this with very careful measurements and have built a set of mandrels to
hold the cylinders on the lathe and remove the required amount of material
from the cylinder seat. I aim for a .003 protrusion in most cases.

I would not hesitate to use this gasket in situations where you can live
with a .060 thickness. Now if they only made these with a thickness of
.030" we could get even better compression ratios!

Has anyone tried this yet? Part number AE330HDL.

The website says: Made by Lucas in the UK this is the best head gasket to
use for your Big Bore 87mm to 90mm Piston and liner kit. These heavy duty
gaskets are made with a larger bore for the extra cc up to 90mm and the head
gasket is made with a perforated steel core, stainless steel fire rings and
elastomer surface coating that heats very evenly. Another advantage of the
coating is it is heat reactive for superior sealing over stock head gaskets
and has extra red sealing beads (SAC track silicon bead) around problem
areas to guard against weepage. No blown head gasket on your Triumph TR3,
TR4 or TR4A with this head gasket. With the Lucas brand gaskets each head
gasket is stamped Lucas and it 100% produced and manufactured in the UK.
Cross Reference AE330, AE330HD
