[Fot] Light pressure plates?

I'm specifically looking at this:

Anyone used these?  I just happened on to this site because the 
clutch disk a list member nicely sent me for a reasonable price is 
from this company and those pressure plates in the picture sure LOOK 
lighter than the behemoth I'm running.
