[Fot] TR4A stamped B 5 What's it mean?

As they say, upon further review the B is actually a raised letter and  
the 5 is a stamped number see in the pics. Both are on a metal strip  
(which is the rectangle you see) that is attached to the frame cross  
member somehow. It doesn't look welded on but it's securely attached  
to stay on there a few decades somehow. I'm not going to pull it off  
to see how its attached though. Those are the only letters/numbers  
that I can see.
