[Fot] MG vs Triumph Event/Mosport June 2014

[Spitfire Racing]

We're in the early stages and I have spent time with both the MGVR group and
VARAC folks to get all on the same page as part of the planning stage for
this event. The board of VARAC meets tomorrow and once we have their full
approval I will divulge all to the group. I want to be sure I can deliver on
what is in the works before making a general announcement. I ran the initial
rough idea past a select few and that was step 1; someone let the cat out of
the bag before it was ready. No worries, I see no impediments. All will be
known once we get the official nod. It's no secret, I just want to be sure,
simple as that. Give me 2 more days and all will be revealed and I'll be
better able to give more and accurate information.

Russ Moore has a brilliant plan for TRIUMPHS at MOSPORT in June of
2014.........................

Kas and I are targeting dates and a venue that does not conflict with Russ'
planning.

We are looking at the SOUTH and WEST and in the second half of the
year....maybe later in the second half of the year.

New tracks are candidates
Probability of good weather is a plus....no 90 - 100 degree temps FESTIVAL
EVENTS have never been a requirement.
We dont need to have 50 TRIUMPHS entered to have a good time..

Geographically, it just isnt possible to satisfy all of North America.
Having one big event each year has never been a goal.....witness Russ'
efforts.

I have had two FOT folks step forward for 2014 and both proposals are
candidates.
More choices and proposals are requested.
