Thanks to all that replied. The consensus is that I need TR4 brackets for this
to work. Pretty unlikely that I can source before the HAWK.

Hi Guy - I just made the change on my 1959 TR3A - parts required - TR4-6
rotors and mounting brackets. Persevere it's worth it from a couple of
perspectives - unsprung weight saving (6.5 lbs per side), availability of
performance options (pads, etc.) is much better, all without any decrease in
braking performance.
Barry.

Dear fot,
I have been recently nominated and seconded as a member and this is my first
post I guess I'm supposed to write something about myself first......and I
will after RA.
My problem is trying to up grade from the early TR3 Calipers to 16P style. I
was under the assumption they would work with 10-3/4 rotors but no go.
Either the rotor is too large in dia. or I need to grind clearance into the
caliper.
Anyone been here before that can offer advise?
Thanks
