RE:  KASTNER CUP  2013 SEPTEMBER   PROPOSED KCUP AUTOCROSS

While at RA this weekend and doing some KCUP PLANNING, I was reminded that we
ran an AUTOCROSS during an earlier Kastner Cup.

It was a huge success with both the race car guys and especially the street
car guys that came to see the Kastner Cup. I think Tony Drews ran FASTEST TIME
OF THE DAY.

If we are going to do this, it will need a leader. It will mean a fair amount
of organization and working with ROAD AMERICA personnel.  We might also seek
some kindly SPONSOR that will help support any costs associated with this
proposed event.

We need an EVENT ORGANIZER.  Surely, we have a hard core AUTOCROSSER among the
FOT LIST.

My apologies. I cant remember who organized it last time. This only goes to
show how thankless volunteerism can be. You just have to want to do it.
