I run Carbotech AX-6 front pads and am very happy with them.  They 
are a bit pricey and don't last forever but are easy on the rotors, 
don't leave little bits of molten rotor in the wheel's paint, stop 
well, don't fade, and don't need a bunch of warming up before use.

Jack ran rear shoes that Ted Shumaker (TSI) supplied.  It's been a 
while, I don't remember the exact compound.  He ran those with the 
Carbotech front pads.
