Likely everyone knows this, but JIC : You can't rely on the API rating to
tell you how much zinc the oil has.  The small database I have from roughly
20 years ago shows SG oils with everywhere from 0.10 to 0.20 % zinc.  Oddly
enough, both extremes came from the same company.

And I don't believe the later API specs require reduced zinc, either, at
least not SJ, SL and SM.  The oil companies lowered it on their own (after
being "encouraged" by the EPA).

Also, there are apparently different types of Brad Penn oil, at least one of
which doesn't have high zinc:
