I watched that show last night and found it very interesting. B I remember
that car well and raced against it often at Mid-Ohio, Road America, and
Watkins Glen. B It was extremely well prepared, owned and driven well by a
Doctor
from Mystic, CT. B It went FAST. B One thing I remember about it was that it
went back into its enclosed trailer every night. B It then stopped showing up
at events, and rumor had it that the owner was going through a 'dirty'
divorce, and the car was put up for sale along with other assets. B At the
time
(early to mid-1990s) the asking price was $40,000, which suggested to me that
it really was not for sale. B Well, apparently it has sat in the
basement/garage ever since and now will be detailed and put up for sale again.
B This
time $45-50,000.00 price tag.

Nice TV show, the second segment of which was even more interesting. B An 86
year old gentleman was finally parting with a rare Ferrari he had purchased
in the mid-1960s, over in Italy for around $5,000.00 (including shipping
costs). B The broker who is handling the sale now suggests it will sell for
about three quarters of a million dollars.

Wow!
