pass this note along just in case.


The memorial service for Bill is scheduled for next Sunday 10/16 from 5:30
till ?

Saturday we lost two good  friends:
Bill Hill, Group 2 Midget driver, collapsed and died after the G-2 race at
Hallett.
Ron Shade, Group 7 Porsche driver and CVAR board member, passed away during
the one hour enduro.
Both deaths were due to natural causes, not racing incidents.

They died surrounded by friends doing something they truly enjoyed.

Services are pending. I will post that information on  the list-server when it
becomes available.
Please keep Bill and Ron's families in your thoughts and prayers.

Ed, unfortunately, not much info came thru the list ... could you possibly
copy and paste for all of us on the fot ... also, we had a death at blackhawk
farms this weekend.
  Not a racing incident, but Bill Dalton, who is very well liked died of a
heart attack.
  I hate to ask for more bad news, but, please fill us in ...
