[Fot] Looking for former race driver Jeff Harrell

Does the name Jeff Harrell sound familiar to anyone here, and if so, can
anyone provide a lead to contact him?  I am told he raced Morgans in the late
50s or early 1960s on the east coast.  I can find a reference to that name in
SCCA records only for 1963, driving an MGA.  This may be the guy that drove
(and wrecked) my Morgan Plus 4 around 1959-1960-ish in Spartanburg, SC.  I was
told the damage occurred during an off-road excursion (the car struck concrete
hidden in tall grass) at an SCCA airport race, but I can't yet get the facts
to align properly.
