[Fot] Abbreviated electrical harness

I have a 74 TR6 that I only use for autocross, etc.  I would like to rip out
all 
of the stock wiring and install an abbreviated harness with relays.  I
only need 
to service the following:

ignition switch
starter motor
electronic
ignition
altenator 
two radiator fans
three gauges
  temp
  volts
  oil
(manual)
kill switch

Any ideas on a good source for such a harness.
