[Fot] Oil Change Interval

On Lake Speed's advice ( Works for Joe Gibbs ) I change my filter every weekend and oil every third weekend. 

We had a conversation about average run time over a race weekend and this is what he suggested. 

He also said it was important to change the filter right after you run in a new cam ( 20 min runtime )
