[Fot] TR8 Smog Pump

My friend.and fellow club member, John Phillips, is working on another
member's TR8 and is having problems withe engine running too rich.  The carbs
have been rebuilt and an electric fuel pump has been installed supposedly of
the proper pressure.  Also the smog pump has had the belt removed.  Could the
smog pump have something to do with the rich condition?  Any suggestions?
