I took that as meaning the tapered hole where the stub axle fits into.

can anyone confirm if the taper machined into in the late model front
upright (ie the type without a "hole" for the steering arm), is the same GT6
and Spitfire.???> The Gt6 uses bigger bearings and a bigger stub axle to
match, and i think, a different taper. would like 100% confirmation if
possible
