Mine are aluminum, with the holes drilled offset as close to the edge as 
possible. I found mine back in the '60s sometime! You could probably have 
any machine shop make them.

Them you mount it with the holes at the bottom. Lowers the car just that 
little bit more.

the aluminum pieces are not really a press fit, but not "loose" either. They 
will rotate easily in the diff which helps in installation. I usually grease 
them to help in that installation.
