Aw, you all knew it was going to happen.
It happened with Korea, it happened with India, hell going back I think it
may even have happened with Abu Dhabi and Bahrain. And even with established
tracks/races with long histories (think British GP).
1. No major construction project ever happens on schedule -- too many
variables.
2. Bernie always holds their feet to the fire to get 'er done. (He may be a
troll, but in that regard he's an effective troll.)
