Hi Chuck,
I've glued a shield in place to have no mist.
I don't use a breather cap just the normal cap that came with the cover.
Cheers
Chris

Betreff: [Fot] Crank case evacuator question
Having finally just read Kas' new book, and having talked to Joe at the
Laguna Cup race, I decided to install a crankcase evacuator system. So now:
1. I have a Triumphtune Rocker cover. There is a hole for the vent, but no
filtering whatsoever. Will I get a lot of oil/mist sucked into the
exhaust?
2. If so, what is a good solution. The breather cap that came with the Kit
[from Mr Gasket] will not fit under the hood with the hose attached even if
I put it as close as possible to the firewall [TR6].
3. Since these kits are for a V8 I have half of one left over. Glad to
share it with anyone desiring to do this modification.
Thanks,
--
Chuck Arnold
