[Fot] LSD diffs, what specs to choose?

Having tried a Phantom Grip (Thanks Steve) I can say that I could not tell
any difference between that and an open diff, even with much stiffer springs
installed. My conclusion was that any perceived advantage that it has is
just "Phantom"!

Phantom Grip has had pretty poor reviews on the forums I participate
in. Quaiffe will be long lasting and low to no maintenance. As long
as both rear tires are on the ground, I really like it. However,
lift the inside rear wheel in cornering and you'll get some spin of that
wheel.

Can't answer any of the Salisbury questions other than Tran-X being
pretty much the only source that I know of for them. For RACING,
with my driving style (not nearly as smooth in the corners as Jack
was), the Salisbury would be the way to go. I would expect to wear
out the clutches occasionally though. For street use, I wouldn't
hesitate to use a Quaiffe. I would expect for the finned cover to be
unnecessary for street use. For race use, anything you can do to
keep them cool is probably a good thing.
