No. The VTO classis 8 is a minilite reproduction. American Racing sold an 
8 spoke and called it the Silverstone, but it looks completely different 
than the Minilite and the various repro / copy minilite wheels. The Retro 
4 is a repro of the "Libre". The latest one (not illustrated on the site 
yet) is a repro of the LeMans which IS illustrated here:

I hope this is clear.

FWIW, I'm not sure that American Racing had the LeMans in 13", but I could 
be wrong on that. I know they had them in 15" 'cuz I have a dozen or so of 
those. :-)
