[Fot] Congrats to Walt Hallowell

FOT Walt Hallowell completed all his runs at the SCCA Solo Nationals just 
now. While he wasn't in the trophy hunt, at least he was there and showing 
off that Triumphs are meant to be driven.

Congrats, man!

I got my fingers crossed for 2012 that I'll be there ready to waive the 
banner.
