[Fot] ZDDP break in time

Hi All,
 How long do you have to run oil with ZDDP in our engines when they are newly
rebuilt??? I have 500 miles on a new motor and ready to do the first oil
change. Should I put oil with ZDDP back in? If so does anyone know of a brand
that sells 10W40 or 5W30 oil with ZDDP? All I can find is strait 50W or 20W50.
Way to heavy for street car.
