[Fot] torque 5/16th bolt

Friends:

Had to split the calipers on the TR7 and now I'm ready to put them back
together.  The bolts are 5/16th.  Information on line indicates the torque
should be 14 ft/lbs. 

Anyone have any other thoughts?
