Jim,I talked with Unocal, back when their 110 was at the CO-OP, for use in the
GT-6.They told me; in bores <4 inches @ 12:1, I could dilute 110 w/Pb free
premium 1:10 and have no issues. That seemed like a high dilution to me, but
he assured me several times.He told me Octane requirements at a given CR rise
sharply as bore goes beyond 4".Walt & Chip Hane @ UTS, in Evergreen can find
exactly what you need. Too much costs power.Clive runs 1:1.BillNow

I'm just looking for some input on race fuel. My compression

ratio is 12.5:1 and I live at 5200' ( Denver ).

I generally run 108 octane at about 75% race gas to 25% pump gas.

Sometimes straight 108. Now I'm wondering if even 108 isB enough octaneB for
12.5:1

Just wondering what everybody else is doing.
