Thanks Bob, for the reply...we should figure for Monday arrival. Unclear about
track time on Monday.

Track time on Monday is under discussion.....we have a short lead time on
planning and negotiations but sooner or later everything is negotiable.

Usually, the best negotiations are a win/win in both the short term and more
importantly, the long term.

This event will be as good as we make it....

It has the promise of being one of the best of the Kastner Cup Series, to
date.

So that is Mon, Tues, Wed. If I left Friday afternoon I could get there for

Mondays races, and have a lazy schedule home. I could make this a one week

vacation, which I can't do with the typical weekend event.

Planning:



Dialogue is proceeding with HMSA regarding the details of the Kastner Cup

There will be a meeting in Los Angeles the week of the 15th of November

There may be further discussion at the VMC annual meeting in KC

I had a conversation with VTR today and we will be discussing their

involvement.

We will be expecting some sponsorships....there are a couple of obvious

ones.



Mark your calendars.  There are several making a family vacation out of

this event. (We are going to try to bring two cars, if the winter goes well)



By the first of December we should be able to provide another round of

information, but it was important to get this news out ASAP.



The goal will be in excess of 50 entries. It IS acheivable.
