[Fot] TR4 Valve guide shape

I've tried every manner possible and after running then in the dyno I think
that grinding the thing flush gave the best results. BUT, very difficult to
really see any power difference. I have been lead down the garden path so
many times with flow bench numbers I don't believe any of them now.
Experience will cover the testing. If you do a head job a couple times a
year then I think that is the way. You do remove part of the support for
the valve so if you do not pay attention to valve gear and replace stuff in
a reasonable time fashion then, I recommend making the top of the guide into
a cone and then put them in after the porting job.
