[Fot] Goodwood revival 7 the SLR Triumph

    SLR stands for Sprinzel-Lawrence Racing.  There were 4 SLRs built, three
were on Morgan chassis and one was on a TR-4 chassis. I was at the Goodwood
Tourist Trophy meeting and 1964 and saw one of the two of the SLRs compete in
the GT car race.  Unfortunately, the TR chassis car only lasted a couple of
laps and the Morgan chassis car slightly longer, both dropped out with engine
failures, if I remember correctly.
